Yes. Many clients come to us with flights, hotels, or part of an itinerary already arranged. We are happy to step in where needed and help complete the rest of your travel plans.

Some trips include a professional planning and research fee depending on the complexity, customization, and level of service involved. This allows us to dedicate thoughtful attention and dedicated time to every detail of your trip and provide a highly personalized experience.

For certain bookings and simpler itineraries, there may be no planning fee at all. 

Any applicable fees are always discussed transparently upfront before work begins.

Not necessarily. In many cases, pricing is comparable to booking directly — and sometimes there is no additional cost to you at all. Depending on the trip, we may earn commission through our travel partners and preferred suppliers rather than charging the client directly.

Additionally, many bookings include added value through preferred partner amenities such as complimentary breakfast, resort credits, room upgrades, VIP recognition, and other perks not always available through public booking sites.

Our goal is always to enhance your experience and provide meaningful value — not simply increase cost.

No, of course not!  — Initial conversations and consultations are complimentary. We love getting to know potential clients, hearing about your travel ideas, and seeing whether we are the right fit to work together.

If your trip requires more extensive custom planning, research, or itinerary design, any applicable planning fees would always be discussed transparently before work begins. 

In many cases, especially for straightforward hotel or vacation bookings, there may be no planning fee at all.

One of the greatest benefits of working with a travel advisor is having someone in your corner. If unexpected issues arise, we help advocate for you, assist with solutions, and provide support throughout your travels whenever possible.

We recommend beginning the planning process as early as possible, especially for peak travel seasons, Europe summer travel, cruises, holiday periods, and special celebrations. That said, we are always happy to assist with last-minute trips when availability allows.

Yes. We strongly recommend travel insurance for most trips and can help guide you toward coverage options that fit your travel plans and comfort level.
